Optimum pharmacy, allied with Whole Health Pharmacy Partner, is an independent pharmacy located in the main and developing corridor on Davis Drive, Newmarket.

Fora Rahmati

Director, Manager / RPh, PharmD.

I believe what differentiates a good health care practitioner from a great one is the element of passion. I care deeply for my patient’s well-being and I am constantly trying to inspire my team to follow the same values and mission.

I’ve been a pharmacist since 2000 (Although I don’t look that old!!) and I have worked in different pharmacy settings. I immigrated to Canada from Iran in 2008 and started to work as a pharmacist again in 2010.

Managing a corporate pharmacy for 8 years gave me valuable experience and made me recognize the flaws in our patient care. In 2019, I decided to open my own pharmacy hoping that I can cultivate the vision of providing optimal drug therapy outcomes for our community through collaboration with other health care providers.

I work in a great community and seeing and helping my patients is my biggest drive to come to work every day. I LOVE helping my patients!

Throughout my exploration of different industries, all of my time spent in the workforce has always centred around customer service. With the majority of my experience coming from hospitality management, and an educational background in humanitarian studies, a job involving both customer service and patient care is a perfect blend for me. I prioritize the values of great customer service, and I love being able to serve the community and help people every day!
