Prescription Renewals
If you’ve run out of refills for your regular medications, our pharmacy team can assist you. Your pharmacist can now evaluate your medication needs and renew your prescriptions* over the phone if it is appropriate
During the service, you can expect:
- An assessment where your pharmacist will ask you questions and review your medication profile to determine if your medication is working for you and if it is appropriate to renew your prescription
- A prescription renewal, where your pharmacist can renew your prescription to help ensure you don’t miss a dose.
- Your pharmacist will prescribe an appropriate medication quantity based on the assessment.
- The pharmacist’s name will appear on your medication label as the Prescriber.

Please note that in some cases, the pharmacist may recommend a visit with your primary care provider for further assessment of your condition to obtain subsequent prescription refills.
